VA Attorney General 7-20-07
Complaint
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
NH U.S. Congresswoman Shea-Porter 2-22-07 had the Dover NH police arrest (detain) me after she filed a false police report. File 7002-942. When this failed she contacted Dr Biswas at the Manchester VA hospital signed a involuntary commitment order to have me put in lock up for 90 days. I was taken to the Wentworth Douglas Hospital in Dover NH. Account # 92989821, med rec # 157057. When the Veteran’s Hospital violates a disabled Veteran’s rights for political reasons that veteran should not be forced to pay the bill. You the United States Government forced this unnecessary medical procedure on me. Armed police came to my home and chained and shackled me to take me to the hospital. I have filed several complaints with the United States government and you the VA Attorney General to no success. Shea-Porter then flew a terrorist agent up from DC to arrest me. When all these attempts to violate the law and our Constitution failed VA director Levenston stopped my VA medical. I went to the VA clinic at Portsmouth NH only to be told by two nurses that my VA medical has been terminated. I was refused medical care for numbness on the left side of my face and serious head pain. This is an injury that I received while on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. The records exist and I have a copy. Some day some newspaper in the United States will inform the public what is happening in this case. It is hard to believe that because I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family stop the local selectmen from harming residents that the selectmen do not like this can happen to a 100% disabled U. S. Marine. Judge Peter Fauver violated the Constitution 29 or more times to intentionally harm United States citizens. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case (file # 2003-0477) for fear it would violate their legal monopoly of the legal system. NH governor Lynch charged me money for time to complain then stiffed me. I have to call the Manchester VA hospital in advance to get an armed guard to follow me around the Hospital. Not only this but I have to drive out of my way. Is the treatment substandard because the personal are afraid to help a Disabled Veteran that has been labeled a terrorist. To stop or interfere with a 100% disabled veterans medical care for injuries received on active duty ( two disabilities were received during separate Combat support missions) Constitutes a Crime of the highest Magnitude.
The newspapers and news media has refused to publish these facts. I am sure one day this will become public knowledge. To intentionally harm a disabled veteran or any veteran or citizen for political reason can not be tolerated.
