Locally owned coffee shops

We like a good cup of coffee here at Friday 5, but we also like an interesting place to drink it... and it doesn't hurt if the music is interesting and there's free Wi-fi. So we want to know: What are the best coffee houses in the Lowcountry? And yes, we're particular: We're only interested in the places that are locally owned and not part of some big chain.
