New restaurant critic
For the most part, people contact the newspaper when they DON'T like something they read there. So maybe it's a sign that people were pleased with Deidre Schipani's first restaurant review for The Post and Courier in today's Preview section. I received one comment from a reader who was pleased enough -- except for the fact that the review used "principals" when it should have used "principles." Oops.
Or maybe the restaurant she reviewed -- Mistral -- didn't arouse people's passions.
