You've got an extra hour today, thanks to Daylight Savings Time, why not spend it getting up to speed on everything you need to know about Election Day '08? You can also get yourself set up to participate in the conversations about this historic election.
The Post and Courier Voter Guide is in the Sunday paper and online, with details of important races, interviews with candidates, precinct lists and other essential information. Charleston.net also has a wealth of stories and resources, in case you've missed anything over the last few weeks. There's a forum, too, where Lowcountry residents have been trading points on the issues, and you can join in.
Don't forget we will be here until the dust settles, and there are plenty of ways for you to participate. Leave a comment on this blog, head over to the forum, e-mail us at elections@postandcourier.com, or call us at 937-5581.
If you have a Twitter account (and why not, it's easy and free!) you can follow us at ElectionExp. You can also set up your account to text us via your cell phone. No matter how you Tweet, type the tag #sce08 in your message to be included. If you just want to watch, in real time, what your neighbors are saying, you can do so here.
For a video tutorial on how to use Twitter, check this out. Be warned, though, it can be addictive!
We also want to here about any improvements we can make to this site, what links you need but don't see, or anything that's not working like it should.
Don't leave us hanging like chad, let us know!
