So North Carolina, anecdotally, is reporting that most voters today breezed in and out. In one precinct, says Greensboro blogger Ed Cone, a poll worker said more than half the registered voters had cast ballots early.
Spartanburg and Greenville counties are reporting long waits as well, so Lowcountry voters shouldn't feel special. Richland County voters are standing around at polls not being productive as well.
