Line in Mt. P

At Mt. Pleasant 25 (Seacoast) the line usually begins inside the building on election day. Today it stretched out the door, down the side of the church complex, and around the back through the parking lot.

Elsewhere in Mt. Pleasant, a man who voted at the armory on Mathis Ferry Road said he lined up at 6 a.m., an hour before the doors opened, and was done voting by 7:20.

With long lines, often outdoors, voters had better take an umbrella today.
